Account Executive (Remote)
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Accounting Firms: Work closely with firms in the Accounting profession, building strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive new business growth.
Solution Expertise: Become a subject matter expert in identifying and addressing the challenges that our prospective customers face. You’ll achieve this by combining inbound marketing strategies with cutting-edge Customer Relationship Management infrastructure.
Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently exceed quota levels by closing new business.
Brand Ambassador: Represent Rare Karma as a passionate advocate for our expertise with HubSpot software and complementary solutions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our marketing and technology departments to execute our sales strategy. This includes adapting to enhancements in existing solutions and the introduction of new products.
Innovate and Contribute: Share your knowledge, strategies, and innovative ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience: 2-7+ years of selling experience, preferably in SaaS, web technologies or innovative online product environments.
Effective Prospecting: Demonstrated success in high-volume lead prospecting.
Experience: Familiarity with Google Apps and Salesforce.com, and HubSpot is advantageous, and experience working with the accounting profession is a valuable asset.
Value Communication: Proven ability to conduct discovery calls with customers and effectively articulate value propositions.
Goal-Oriented: Experience in a sales team that consistently exceeds goals.
Start-up Acumen: Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
Vision and Focus: A sharp focus on achieving objectives and advancing departmental vision.
Emotional Intelligence: The ability to navigate professional relationships with emotional intelligence.
Strong Work Ethic: Display a powerful work ethic and unwavering dedication.
